Magic: the Gathering is a game that requires many skills. Whether it’s deckbuilding, timing, or interaction, there’s one skill that seems to be overutilized in commander–politics aren’t what the game is built on, and an overreliance on this tool can lead to lower quality gameplay, more stress in games, and an overall less pleasant experience.
