I had long been a fan of Magic and also a fan of making comics. One day (March 25, 2013 to be exact) it dawned on me, why isn’t anyone making a regular comic about Magic? (Spoiler alert, I quickly learned that there were actually a bunch of comics about Magic already.)

That day I drew three comics using the first ideas that came to mind. I was so excited to see the comics that I used stick figures to get them finished quickly. I was too lazy to make a website, and I wasn’t really on social media at the time, so I posted the comics to Tumblr just as a test. Amazingly, this comic I’m sharing now completely blew up, getting tens of thousands of page views within a few days. I knew I had something, and for over 12 years now I’ve continued to make these comics!
