I have something to admit. Sometimes I enjoy writing non-joke comics. There’s just something I find satisfying about distilling an idea into 3 or 4 panels to express some thought or feeling as succinctly as possible. It’s almost like writing a good haiku. I try not to fall back to this style of writing too often because it would probably get tiresome if I did. After all, a comic is supposed to be funny more often than not. But this comic was actually pretty popular, so hopefully I hit the mark this time at least.
