We wouldn’t say no, budget cEDH hasn’t taken off as a separate way to enjoy Magic yet! If you do choose to build a budget deck as close to cEDH as you can, it’s important to remember cEDH is a rule 0 conversation–not a format in itself. Talking to your co-players about your intentions and expectations is almost as important as playing at all!
